up up up and away!!!!
how shld i start...
been in this new company for 10 plus mths coming to a yr.. i was informed by my boss that they had been making plans for me to do more things... hence ill be promoted!
its a good career advancement for me no doubt, but that will also comes with more reposibilities and challenges... ill be moving on to another team where ill be the youngest among all, need to get along with everyone and more things will need to be done... need to prove myself more as they all have at least 2-4 yrs mroe experience then i do....
ill be on a journey to more 'kio-ing' of shitty cases.. but its part and parcel of customer service aint it?
its a good challenge and ill accept it as it is....
