Baby Grace cant wait to meet us!!!

Tony and Coco were expecting Baby Grace's D.O.D to be the last week of Aug 2010. But we kept insisting that she will be out earlier, at least 1 week... they say nay~~ and guess what!! Baby Grace can't wait to meet us so she popped out about 3 weeks early!! muahahah

She is so tiny only at 5lbs 8oz and 18 inches... a strong and beautiful baby who does not cry alot which makes her an easy baby to care for.. heheheh

Its our 1st time waiting outside of the delivery room for a baby to pop and also carrying them within the hr of their birth... Grace really gave us an experience we would not forget....

Cant wait for her to grow!!!!

Curry Fish Head

After our fishing trip, we decided to have a FISH feast.. so each of us came up with a different dish... 

So I decided to attempt to cook curry fish head since we have 8 huge salmon fish heads...
search online for good recipe and chance upon the Muthu Curry's Fish Head Curry...hahaha 

its kind of a representative dish fr SG, so why not... hahaaa....

But before we could cook the dish, we had to clean the salmon. We had to de-gill, de-scale and remove all the internal organs... that took us about 3hrs...hahahahaha an experience that will haunt me forever...muahahahah

2 portions of ingredients, got to cook in 2 pots
as we dont have indian pot..muhahaa

Fish soup and Stream Fish with egg roe..

only put the fish head into the curry when u
are ready to eat...
