A Simple Me... in my Simple World

For our summer road trip, we set aside 3 weeks for travel. 1st two weeks wld be with MIL and SIL, Stacey.

We met up with them in San Francisco then to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.

The 3rd week was reserved just for ourselves.... hehehhe =) we met up with some of Mr Ong's frens in Stanford area, went to Googleland, conquered Yosemite Falls, and chill and relax with spa massage and good food and wine in Napa....

Day 2: After a good nights rest, we start off our SFO sight seeing with Fishermen's Wharf. Couple of our frens also reminded us die die also must try clam chowder as SFO have the best.. any store will do...

Our mode of transportation in SFO is their famous Cable Car Ride, its fun and slow and gave us the feel of the steep slopes in SFO. MIL cant walk very long and far.. hence the cable car is a very good choice of transportation..

Pier 39 is another tourist attraction. Main attraction i guess would be the Sea Lion Dock. they are so lazy and fat!!! and they really bark like a dog... and the restaurant here have very gd view of SFO and the Rock... and we chose to go for Bubba Gump as its a themed restaurant and where else to have better seafood then here??

stopped by Lombard Street, which is famous for having a steep, one-block section that consists of tight hairpin turns...

Then went up to Coit Tower, located atop Telegraph Hill and offers spectacular 360degrees views of San Francisco including Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Pier 39, Angel Island, Treasure Island, the Bay Bridge, Russian Hill, the Financial District, Lombard Street and Nob Hill.
