Post Holiday Mood (summer 2010)

Our 3-week long trip to the west coast ended and when we returned to AA, was kinda in denial... muahhaha but all gd things must come to an end, so just got to suck it up and get back to the routine of home maker... 

I must say this trip is very fun and very relaxing... particularly love our trip to Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Parks. These are places and mother nature sceneries that we can never get in SG. Visiting and hiking along with Mr Ong watching the majestic waterfalls, rock formations, wildlife and  lovely sunsets together are pretty damn romantic... These are memories we created together and will stay with us as long as I can rem =)

Plus, Mr Ong's extension for another semester has been granted.. that means, we will only be heading back to SG end of April or early May 2011... which also means i can cont to plan for more trips... if possible hope to visit The Rockies National Park and Yellowstone National Parks..... 

i'm a very content and happy woman~~~~

Napa Valley- Part 2 (11th-13th Jun 2010)

Day 20:

we started our day with a couples massage, which explains the lack of pictures...overall the 90-min massage was great.. but was expensive and the same amt we could have a few massages in Thailand...muahahhah

then after the massage, we headed to one of the nearby parks had ice-cream then head over to Mustards Grill, a highly recommended restaurant by our fren and reservations had to be made in advance, else u got to wait a long time... its a  Michelin Guide recommended...  

Their food is extrodinary nice... love their Sonoma Smoke Duck with wild rice, mustard fruits and rainbow chard... Mr Ong loved his Sonoma Rabbits with green peas, garden carrots and garlic mashed potatoes....

Day 21: 

Before we catch our flight back to AA, we stopped by Sausalito, a small town well know for its spectacular waterfront views. A quiet and charming town reminding many of the Mediterranean. 

We also headed over to the Marin side for perfect view of the Golden Gate Bridge and its fogs... beautiful =)

then lastly back to Chinatown in SFO to buy roasted meat for our dinner before our flight...
